These are the terms for using Block Puzzle Challenge. They are short on purpose.

Using the game

The game is free to play. You may use it for your own personal enjoyment.

Please do not modify the app, take it apart, or try to cheat the scoring, and please do not redistribute it as your own.

Coins, gems and items

Coins, gems, hearts, power-ups, themes, pets and rooms exist only inside the game. They have no cash value, they cannot be exchanged for money, and they cannot be transferred to another player or another device.

There are no real-money purchases in this game.

Because your progress is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app, clearing its data or losing the device will lose everything in it. We have no copy and cannot restore it.

The game shows ads. Some of them are optional: watching one is a way to earn a power-up if you would rather not spend coins. You never have to watch one to keep playing.

We do not control which ads Google chooses to show. If you see something inappropriate, please tell us and we will report it.

No warranty

The game is provided as it is. We do our best to make it work well, but we cannot promise it will be free of bugs or that it will run perfectly on every device.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the game, including lost progress.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when they last did.
