Privacy Policy

Block Puzzle Challenge is a puzzle game. It has no account, no login and no server of its own. This page explains exactly what data exists and who can see it.

What we collect: nothing

We do not ask for your name, your email, your phone number or your location. There is no sign-up and no profile.

We do not have a server, so there is nowhere for us to send your information even if we wanted to.

What is stored on your phone

Your progress is saved on your device only: your best score, coins, gems, hearts, which themes, pets and rooms you have unlocked, your daily streak, your missions and your settings.

We cannot see any of it. It never leaves your phone.

Deleting the app deletes all of it. You can also erase it at any time from Settings, using "Reset progress".

Advertising

The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Ads are how the game pays for itself; there is nothing to buy in it.

To show ads, Google receives information from your device. This typically includes your advertising ID, your approximate location based on your IP address, your device type and information about how the ads performed. Google uses this to choose which ads to show and to detect fraud.

Google acts as an independent controller of that data. What they do with it is described in their own policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your Android settings, under Settings, Google, Ads.

Your choice about personalised ads

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows you Google’s consent form the first time you open it, and you choose there whether ads may be personalised.

You can change that choice later from Settings, under "Ad privacy choices".

If you say no, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.

Children

This game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

If you believe a child has provided information through this app, please write to us and we will look into it.

Permissions

The app requests internet access, which is needed only to load ads.

It does not use your camera, your microphone, your contacts, your files or your location. The microphone permission that the sound library would normally add has been deliberately removed from the app.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.
